内容摘要： 本文旨在描述中国少数民族语言在经济全球化进程不断加快，中国社会发生重要转型的时期，所面临的五大挑战和五大机遇。探讨制约少数民族语言发展的社会经济因素，展望少数民族语言的发展趋势。五大挑战是：少数民族语言社区缩小，市场竞争对少数民族文字出版带来挑战，人口流动对少数民族语言保持和双语教育形成冲击，高校分配制度改革对少数民族语言教育造成影响，境外力的竞争和渗透。五大机遇是：国家出台少数民族语言文字新文件，国家推进少数民族语言文字信息化规范化建设，政府组织抢救濒危语言，双语诉讼审判拉动对双语法官的需求，国际贸易催生跨境小语种热。 Abstract: This paper discusses five challenges and five opportunities for minority languages of China in the quickening pl＇ocess of economic globalization and the social transformation in China as well as the socio-economic obstacles and prospects for the development of minority languages in China. The five major challenges are as follows： （1） the shrinking minority language communities; （2） the chal- lenges of market competition to the publication of the works in minority languages; （3） the impact of population flow on the maintenance of the Korean language and bilingual education; （4） the influence of the reform of the college-student employment on the teaching of the Mongolian language; （5） com- petition and penetration from foreign forces. The five opportunities are as follows： （1） new docu- ments on the use of minority languages issued by the Central Government; （2）the Government＇s pro- motion of the informatization and standardization for minority languages; （3） saving endangered lan- guages sponsored by the Government; （4） more bilingual litigations for more bilingual judges; （5） more international trade for more users of cross-border minority languages. 关键词：少数民族语言;市场经济;挑战;机遇; 中图分类号：H2 (责任编辑：admin) |
