当地所有的师公都不是专门职业者，大部分师公是家庭主要劳动力，以从事农业生产为主要生计手段，做法事纯属业余性质，且多在农闲季节进行。该镇李传教师公班（姑且名之）成员的基本情况如下表：
李传教师公班主要成员基本情况表 A Field Study of the Basic Components of Shiigong Jiao—A Local Folk Religion of Zhuang People in Xiyan Town of Shanglin County in the Middle Part of Guangxi Yang Shuzhe (The Institute of Chinese Language and Literature, Guangxi Normal University, Guilin, Guangxi 541004) Abstract: A local folk religion of Zhuang people, termed in Chinese as Shigong Jiao（师公教）and prevailing in Xiyan Town of Shanglin County in the middle part of Guangxi, has the basic components as follows: titles, 36 gods and 72 deities（symbols）, principles of the religion and its ways of practice, song texts and script of the religion, god pictures and ritual utensils, masks and costumes, song and dance masters of the religion, the certain team of the religious masters and its divided groups, and so on. Based on the field work of folklore, the present article has made a study of the above-stated basic components of Shigong Jiao.
